Mixed Grill With Wild Mushrooms In A Mustard Shallot Sauce

Tonight we had a great dinner consiting of a mixed grill of duck, lamb and sausage. Our original plan was to try ostrich but the meat that we bought smell pretty bad so we ended up foraging at Whole Foods. Most of the recipe came from various places on the net, we just put the different pieces together. Anyway, it turned out great!
